The following is information about the City of Folsom’s response to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and reduce the number of people infected.

All organized games, classes, Library programs, Parks and Rec programs, rentals, rental group activities, youth and adult sports leagues, and events have been canceled or postponed. During this period, refunds for classes, programs, and events will be available.
Per the June 18, Governor of California Order, face covering are required at all City facilities.
The Steve Miklos Aquatic Center will open Tuesday, June 16 for scheduled lap swim, Mondays through Saturdays. Visit the website for details and additional programming announcements in the coming weeks.
Spray parks at Livermore, Kemp, and Nisenan parks will open by early July.
The Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary will reopen Friday, July 17. New temporary hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Advance online ticket purchase is required. Visit the Zoo Sanctuary website for additional details.
Three-day Zoo Sanctuary Junior and Senior Zookeeper Camps will be offered July 21-23, July 28-30, and August 4-6. Registration opens Wednesday, June 17.
The Andy Morin Sports Complex remains open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for table tennis, batting cages, and pickleball.The Cummings Skate and Bike Park remains open from 1 to 7 p.m. daily
The Folsom Public Library will begin a phased reopening beginning Thursday, June 18. The library will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, for a limited number of visitors to browse, check out books, and use computers (for no more than one hour at a time). Programming will not be offered at this time, and children’s computers will not be available. Curbside library services will continue. To promote a safe environment, visitors are highly encouraged to wear face coverings at the library. For the safety of library patrons and staff, borrowed books and other materials will continue to be held for a minimum of three days after they are returned. Hours and services are subject to change. Please check the library website before your visit.
