The success of local businesses and vendors positively impacts Folsom’s economy as a whole, as well as the City’s ability to provide quality services and programs. The City strives to use Folsom vendors in purchasing services and products when quality, service and other factors are equal. The Folsom Municipal Code provides for a five percent price differential to local bidders in contracting.
The project is generally described as general site demolition as shown on the Contract Documents, installing new plate settlers, influent piping modifications, sluice gate improvements, and structural modifications in Basin No.5, modifications to the existing lamella tube settlers in Actiflo Basins, and associated Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls modifications.
