    Line dancing is a great way to exercise the mind and body, as well as to meet new friends. In addition to the regular line dances, we include rhythms such as the Cha-Cha, Rumba, Tango, and Waltz. This class is graduated in three sections, starting the first half hour (section 1)with Introduction to Line Dance. The second half hour (section 2) is Beginner, and the third half hour (section 3) Advanced Beginner.     This fun class incorporates a variety of practices that include movement, breathing visualization & vocalization. Various degrees of mobility are welcome: some students are able to stand, some cannot. Focus is on moving the joints, improving circulation, easy breathing. Students do what you can.
