    Lap swimming provides a great low-impact form of exercise; use it to cross-train, as you recover from an injury, to reduce stress, to improve your cardio conditioning, and to have fun! Lap swimming takes place in our beautiful Olympic-sized (50-meter) pool; the water is maintained at a comfortable 80 degrees for year-round swimming.

    Instructional club geared for beginners to veteran wrestlers. Experienced coaches will stress proper wrestling technique and conditioning (i.e. stretching, running, weight lifting, etc.) For those athletes wishing to compete, opportunities to travel to local tournaments will be available for an additional fee. The official session featuring formal practices and scheduled competitions from March 10th thru May 28th, 2015. The informal post season session will run June 2nd to October 15th 2015;

    This class is designed for juniors competing in torunaments and on high school teams. Class focus is on conditioning, strategy, and technique development. Class meets 4 times per week. Tuesdays 6:30 to 7:30 and Wednesdays 5:30 to 6:30 for Conditioning. Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 to 5:30 for techinque development. You can sign up all four or as few as two of them. Fees will be adjusted if you sign up for less than four. (Ages 10-17)
